💳 Delta Deals, Use Your Credits & More News and Deals from Sense per Point ✈️
Making Sense of Points & Miles :)
FYI: Sense per Point will be off next Thursday, July 2nd, while I am away on vacation. See you in two weeks!
Welcome Back!
Hope everyone is doing well 😊
Well, I hoped to be writing under happier circumstances, but the Korean national team put in an absolute stinker of a performance last night and we will have to wait to see if they advance in the World Cup or not… it was really bad wow 🤯
Every now and then, I’ll watch a world cup match and look at the stands and think “How many people there booked their travel with points?” I imagine not that many, but I consider myself extremely lucky that I’m able to do that! Hopefully you feel that way too!
This is also the last week in June - half the year has gone by!! Where did it go?
In today’s edition:
🔺 Another Delta Flash Sale 🔺

Book by today!
Delta is back again with another flash sale, for domestic and international flights to Europe and Latin America - Yes, this ends today, so decide and act quick!
A quick note that these are roundtrip fares! Do check the cash prices before this one, just to make sure you are getting good value - but I see New York to Cancun in Main Basic for 14.2k + $143, which is not bad. Most of the routes I see from New York to Europe are at 40k miles roundtrip plus taxes, which is not fantastic but still a deal nonetheless!
Do note there’s some Main Basic deals and there’s some Delta Main deals - Delta Main gets you a few more things on the flight (bags, seat selection, etc.). If you have a Delta credit card, you get another 15% off of these rates via the TakeOff 15 benefit on top of this!
Good to see so many deals coming through, and hoping for more 🧳
🏦➡️✈️ Transfer Bonuses
A chart of transfer partners by bank, along with other information, can be found here! New transfer bonuses not present the week before are in bold. Two notes: 1) that any transfers to Avios essentially include British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Finnair, and Qatar, and 2) that if you have the Chase Aeroplan credit card, any Aeroplan transfer bonuses are 10% extra!
Bank | Transfer Partner | Bonus | This bonus ends: |
|---|---|---|---|
Citi | Qatar Airways Avios | 30% (1:1.30) | June 30th, 2026 |
Chase | Marriott Bonvoy | 55% (1:1.55) | June 30th, 2026 |

Citi | ALL Accor | 50% (1:0.75) | July 18th, 2026 |
📆 Recurring Statement Credit Reminder 📆

Time to look at those credits again!
It’s the end of June - that means there are a lot of recurring benefits and statement credits from cards that expire at the end of the month and quarter, and half. Those are use it or lose it, so ideally, don’t lose it!
Sometimes when you leave all the credits to the last minute, they can become a bit of a pain to track, and then you may forget to use them all! As I try to use all of my remaining credits for the year, I thought maybe it would help others too to write them all out so that we all take advantage of all our credits and don’t leave money on the table!
$150 semi-annual dining credit for restaurants on this list
$150 semi-annual StubHub credit
Amex Platinum/Business Platinum
$300 semi-annual Amex FHR credit
$100 quarterly Resy credit
$75 quarterly Lululemon credit
$50 quarterly Hilton credit (Business Plat only)
$90 quarterly Indeed credit (Business Plat only)
$100 semi-annual Blacklane credit
Any credit not listed above for the 3 cards are monthly credits or credits that require a minimum spend before activating, so I didn’t list those. But there are monthly $10 dining credits on the Amex Gold, and a bunch of DoorDash $10 credits on various Chase cards.
But yeah, it’s funny because I wanted to write all these credits out for myself so I remember to use them all. Figured it could help some others too, so there you go! This list is a lot longer in December, to be honest…
📰 Other Stories & Deals 💰️
🤝 Bilt has added I Prefer Hotel Rewards as a new transfer partner, at a 1:2 transfer ratio!
🛒 Prime Day is ongoing until tomorrow - stock up if you need something, and make sure to check Amex offers/cash back platforms, etc. to get as much cash back!
🏨 Wyndham revamped its award chart, with a new upper-tier 45k per night category, while lowering its lowest 7.5k tier to 5k. A Perfectly mixed bag of changes!
💳️ Best Card Signup Bonuses 💳️
Again, the usual solid cards:
Do search for public links for the above cards to compare signup bonuses to make sure you get the highest one (incognito mode, Resy, etc.).
For cards with elevated signup bonuses (targeted bonuses are not included), I’ve got:
Card | Bonus | Annual Fee | Why Consider? |
|---|---|---|---|
100k Hilton Honors points + $100 statement credit after $2k spend in 6 months | $0 | A new elevated bonus! Not bad for a no annual fee card! | |
130k Hilton Honors points after $3k spend in 6 months | $0 for the first year, then $150 | A new elevated bonus! Should be a easy cancel in year 2 for churners. | |
175k Hilton Honors points after $6k spend in 6 months | $550 | I still think this is the single best hotel card in the market. With an elevated bonus too now! | |
100k Chase UR points after $8k spend in 4 months | $0 | Great bonus for a no annual fee! | |
100k Chase UR points after $8k spend in 4 months | $0 | Great bonus for a no annual fee! | |
125k points + 1 Free Night Award (up to 50k points) after $3k spend in 3 months | $95 | Solid bonus! The card also gives a free night every year, and can be upgraded to the Ritz Carlton card if you’d like after year 1! |
